This aged 5-year balsamic from Modena, Italy is delicious as a salad
dressing when mixed in a blend using 1 part balsamic to 3 parts
Coeur D'Olives Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Mediterranean, Tuscany,
Buttery Delight or Garlic Infused. For dipping bread,
use 3 parts Coeur D'Olives Garlic Infused Olive Oil to
1 part 5-Year Balsamic and add a pinch of pepper and salt
(optional) for additional flavor. Because of its sodium content,
0 mg per tablespoon, it makes a healthy alternative to conventional
marinades of very high sodium content.
