Special note when sautéing with olive oil:
DO NOT EXCEED MEDIUM HIGH WHEN SAUTÉING.
PAN SHOULD BE BETWEEN MEDIUM & MEDIUM HIGH.
OTHERWISE, THE FLAVOR AND ANTIOXIDANTS DISAPPEAR.
