Originally created for dipping bread, it has proven to be a delicious, healthy
marinade for lamb, hamburger, chicken, salmon, and vegetables,
such as asparagus. I use it to marinate a brisket overnight, braise
it the next day, and cook in slow-cooker. It is a very simple
and delicious meal at the end of the day! Makes a great salad

A mildly hot extra-virgin olive oil infused with the Habanero pepper,
known as the hottest of the chili peppers. However, this oil adds
a mildly hot flavor so as to not overpower the dish. For those
who are used to hot food, this is a #2-3 on a scale of 10, with
#10 being the hottest. For those, NOT used to hot food, it is
rated, on a scale from 1 to 10, at #6-7. This Coeur D'Olives
Infused Habanero Extra-Virgin Olive Oil retains its flavor
during sauteing, as long as the pan does not exceed medium high.
It is excellent to saute or drizzle over steak, chicken, rice,
beans, fish, anything, to add a "kick" to your meal.
