This aged 5-year balsamic from Modena, Italy is delicious as a salad dressing when mixed in a blend using 1 part balsamic to 3 parts Coeur D’Olives™ Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Mediterranean, Tuscany, Buttery Delight or Garlic Infused. For dipping bread, use 3 parts Coeur D’Olives™ Garlic Infused Olive Oil to 1 part 5-Year Balsamic and add a pinch of pepper and salt (optional) for additional flavor. Because of its sodium content, 0 mg per tablespoon, it makes a healthy alternative to conventional marinades of very high sodium content. Includes a 2 oz free atomizer (sprayer).

Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar

This is a great blend of peach and aged white balsamic vinegar. The peach flavor is fresh and the aged balsamic gives it a sweet, but slight tangy after taste. It adds even more freshness and enhances the fruit flavor to fruit, such as canned peaches, strawberries, and of course, fruit salads This is a wonderful addition to chicken and white fish. Spray the fish or chicken and rub Coeur d’Olives Apple Rub over the meat, then bake at 350F for the time allotted. Your dish will turn out with a sweetness and flavor you will love.
